Anthony Travalgia: Revamped lines help Bruins edge Maple Leafs in Game 4 Bruce Cassidy threw a curve ball in Game 4, and the Bruins hit a home run with their new line combinations.

Nice to see the big boys get on the score sheet often!! Getting the early lead sure made for some heavy anxiety for the rest of the game. While trying to hold the lead the Bruins seemed to chase the puck the entire game and need to do a better job with possession, the Toronto forwards looked extremely dangerous all night.

I’m gravely concerned with the 4th line and Cassidy’s willingness to put them out on the ice so often in key situations. Acciari lost both draws clean in Toronto’s last 2 goals, and looked lost all night. They got completely dominated all game. I’m sure Cassidy will make some adjustments for game 5.

I was saying that pasta should be playing with Craychee line... Glad the switch was made.

Needed to split up that crew and it yielded dividends.

I don't want to be one of THOSE Bruins fans, cause i know a win is a win. But we survived that one. . .

Still got outplayed and pushed around. Just managed to hang on for the win. Looking forward to Kuraly being back friday, i think that will really sure up the 4th line.

It's been a great series so far. The Leafs are still carrying the play in my opinion... I think the Bruins got lucky to hold onto the W last night. The Leafs are still the more physical team, and if Boston doesn't wake up in that area I don't like the way the games have been trending.

Getting Kuraly back would be a huge boost for the bottom 6, I just hope he doesn't rush back too fast.

I mean I think it's okay to be happy for a win, and still think the team has more to give. Those two things aren't mutually exclusive.

The Leafs carried the play for over 70% the game.
The Bruins are playing too timid and peeling off rather than driving guys through the boards.
Not gonna win trying to skate with those kids.
Need to dictate play not respond.

Winning road playoff hockey games is sometimes just about surviving and hanging on. They definitely didn't have the legs last night but they will tomorrow.

This is true. A road win is a win no matter how bad it looks.

Your team scares me lol. I really, really, wanted to see a 3-1 leafs series heading into game 5, and instead, the series is tied at 2-2. This sucks.

It's been an exciting series, so far. As has most of the playoffs this year. This year has been pretty crazy so far. But we all knew the Leafs versus Bruins series would be a battle, and so far, this is something we fans got right.

It's been stressful, but great to watch.

seemed the bruins let up a bit after getting the 3 goal lead, and couldn't get the energy back up. Lotta tense drinking. Probably a lot more tonight.

Once a team has a big lead, they tend to sit back and defend. It's frustrating as a fan to watch and doesn't really show us how the game actually went. It throws off the stats nerds and pretty much everyone else tool.

It seems their 2nd period has been the worse for them, whether in Boston or Toronto, so when they had a lead going into the 3rd, I'm think, OK we're through the worst of it, have good lead, nothing to worry about.

I am never not worried. I think that is my contribution to the Leafs' luck. Unfortunately you've got this one Boston fan that keeps telling us how much we've got the series locked up and it's (frank)ing with my mojo.

4-0 Leafs. Freddie Andersen, best goalie of all time, with a 48 save shutout. I guarantee it!
